Abdulloh Kafabihi Mahrus bersama dengan istri beliau yaitu Ibu Nyai Hj. Azzah Nur Laila Muhammad. Sejarah Berdirinya Pondok Pesantren Putri HMQ Pondok Pesantren ini berawal dari permintaan warga sekitar yang menghendaki agar anak-anaknya bisa mengaji. Dalam perjalanannya, seiring dengan semakin banyaknya santri yang mengaji dan sebagai langkah antisipasi dari adanya santri yang ingin bermukim, maka KH. Mahrus Aly ayahanda KH. Abdulloh Kafabihi Mahrus mengamanatkan untuk memperluas dan memperbaiki bentuk fisik bangunan yang ada sebagai antisipasi penambahan santri selanjutnya. Sejalan dengan itu datanglah dua orang santri dari Ciledug dan Cirebon Jawa Barat. Seiring berjalannya waktu, datang lagi seorang santri dari Tegalgubug, Cirebon yang mulanya ingin menuntut ilmu kepada KH. Mundzir Pondok Pesantren Mau’nah Sari Kota Kediri. Namun berkat saran dari Ibu Nyai Hj. Umi Kultsum kakanda KH. Abdullah Kafabihi Mahrus. Akhirnya, santri tersebut mengaji pada Ibu Nyai Hj. Azzah Nur Laila. Selang beberapa waktu, datang lagi dua orang santri dari Ponorogo dan Ngawi. Saat itu, santri tersebut sementara ditempatkan di Mushola peninggalan Ibu Nyai Hj. Zainab istri KH. Mahrus Aly, dikarenakan asrama tersebut belum selesai dibangun. Setelah berjalan dua tahun, jumlah santri P3HMQ mengalami peningkatan signifikan. Sehingga pada tahun 1989 Masehi, gudang padi peninggalan Ibu Nyai Hj. Zainab dirombak menjadi sarana penunjang belajar mengajar al-Qur’an. Semakin hari santri pun semakin bertambah sedangkan sarana yang ada tidak memadai untuk menampung santri. Akhirnya kamar santri khodim dijadikan tempat santri putri setelah mereka dipindahkan ke kamar putra lainnya. Pada tahun 1990 M bekas garasi mobil peninggalan KH. Mahrus Aly direnovasi menjadi mushola sebagai sarana peribadatan dan belajar, serta kegiatan seremonial lainnya. Selain itu, juga dibangun asrama sebagai upaya penambahan fasilitas bangunan yang ada. Pada waktu itu, metode belajar mengajar masih menggunakan sistem klasikal dan belum tertata secara rapi. Sehingga pada tahun 1994 Masehi, diadakan reformasi sistem pendidikan yang sederhana menjadi sistem madrasah dengan kurikulum sebagaimana yang berlaku di Pondok Pesantren Putra dengan tetap mempertahankan platform al-Qur’an, guna mencetak kader-kader militan dalam bidang menghafal dan memahami al-Qur’an. Ini yang kemudian menjadikan cikal bakal berdirinya Madrasah Al-Hidayah P3HMQ. Madrasah Al-Hidayah merupakan Madrasah yang berada di bawah naungan P3HMQ. Madrasah ini telah melakukan perombakan dan penyempurnaan. Sampai pada tahun 2013 Masehi, Madrasah Al-Hidayah mempunyai 5 jenjang pendidikan, yaitu I’dadiyah 1 tahun Ibtidaiyyah 3 tahun Tsanawiyah 3 tahun Aliyyah 3 tahun Ma’had Aly 2 tahun Di samping itu, dibentuk juga organisasi K-FEIN Kajian Fiqih Interaktif, MOUSIC HOLIC Pecandu Musyawaroh Asyik dan MUSYTING Musyawaroh Tingkatan. Organisasi ini sebagai wadah pengembangan musyawaroh dan bahtsul masa’il siswi Madrasah Al-Hidayah. Tidak hanya itu, para santri juga bisa mengembangkan kreafitasnya diberbagai bidang. Di mana semua itu bisa disalurkan melalui Mading Ar-Rabiet, Jam’iyyah Khithobiyah, Jam’iyyah Diba’iyyah, Praktek Ubudiyah dan Festival Idul Adha. Dalam hal pendidikan Al-Qur’an, P3HMQ menggunakan metode sorogan langsung kepada Ibu Nyai, baik bin-nadzor maupun bil-ghoib. Sedangkan untuk menambah pengetahuan dan keilmuan untuk santri bil-ghoib non siswi dalam fan fiqh dan tafsir, seksi pendidikan mengadakan pengajian kitab kuning yang dikemas dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler.
